🌹Shortlist x Darling on Drake— Valentine’s Blind Date

Two darlings. One blind date.

By applying to be considered for the Valentine’s Blind Date experience hosted at Darling on Drake, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

  • Open to New Zealand–based singles aged 25+

  • Applicants must be available to attend the blind date at Darling on Drake, 27 Drake Street, Auckland Central, on Saturday 14 February 2026

  • Open to New Zealand residents only.

The Experience Includes

  • One curated blind date, hosted at Darling on Drake on Valentine’s Day (Saturday 14 February 2026)

  • A reserved table for two people, on the terrace, at Darling on Drake’s special Valentine's event

  • A spend of up to $250 total towards dinner and drinks for the matched pair

  • Any spend beyond $250 will be at the participants’ own cost

  • Transport to and from the venue is not included.

How to Enter

  • Complete an application via Shortlist’s standard application form

  • Applications close Friday 13 February at 11:59pm (NZT)

  • Selected applicants will be contacted directly by Shortlist by phone on Saturday 14 February before 12:00pm

How Matching Works

  • The blind date match will be personally selected by Shortlist based on who it deems suitable for a date

  • Matching is based on the information provided, considering values, lifestyle, preferences, and overall compatibility

  • This is a true blind date — no photos or identifying details will be shared prior to the date

  • Shortlist’s matching decisions are final.

Additional Terms

  • Applicants confirm they are single, genuinely available to date, and applying with respectful intent

  • This experience is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

  • Participants agree to engage respectfully with their matched date and Darling venue staff

  • Participants agree to drink responsibly

  • Shortlist does not guarantee romantic outcomes, chemistry, or compatibility — connection is personal and subjective

  • Participants attend at their own discretion and are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing before, during, and after the date

  • Shortlist reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reassign participation at any stage if suitability or conduct standards are not met

  • If a selected participant is unable to attend, Shortlist reserves the right to re-match or withdraw the offer

  • Shortlist and Darling on Drake reserve the right to amend or cancel the experience if required

  • By applying, participants agree to Shortlist’s standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
